We conduct a thorough analysis of your benefits data using our proprietary actuarial models. These results are compared to carrier quotes and our benchmarking data and used to negotiate the best rate for your firm.
Plan Design and Strategy	Works with vendors to obtain plans.	We develop a customized strategic plan for you that defines objectives and outlines the actions needed to fulfill those objectives. Our services ensure an organized, complete approach to fulfilling your benefits needs.
Client Servicing	Contacts you at renewal time. Servicing provided by carriers.	We pride ourselves on the level of knowledge and service we bring to our clients. You are assigned a multi-tiered team of specialists, including an executive level review team, dedicated to serving your needs. You and your employees access our team through a single point of contact, making working with us seamless and easy.
Innovative Product Development	Generally not provided.	Design and develop client-tailored solutions and work with carriers to implement. We have developed innovative, integrated client servicing platform through our Avio partnership in Northeast Florida.
Technology	May provide some online enrollment tools, depending upon the carrier.	Compass Consulting has a dedicated benefits technology consultant to work with you to determine the best technology solution for your firm. We use leading-edge technology to provide our clients with the latest data analysis, as well as legislative, communication and human resources administration tools.
Actuarial Services	Generally not provided.	We use professional actuaries to assist with calculations critical to your employee benefits plans as part of your services.
Legislative Briefs and Guides	Generally not provided.	Our Legislative Brief publication summarizes recent federal legislative developments in insurance and employee benefits. Included with your client portal, our Legislative Guides provide comprehensive information about federal legislation , with specific topics such as COBRA, HIPAA, HIPAA Privacy, FMLA, health care reform, Section 125 and Medicare Part D.
Client Portal and Community Access	Generally not provided.	All clients receive access to a personalized website. The site is devoted to helping you with plan administration, legislative compliance, employee communication and more. In addition, you gain access to professionals from all over the country through the Community section of your client portal. An answer to a problem you have is just an e-mail away.
Custom Communications	Generally not provided.	We provide all the employee benefits communications you need, from employee meetings to payroll stuffers and informative brochures about employee benefits and wellness.
Human Resources Support and Online Tools	Generally not provided.	Compass has partnered with DCSI, a leader in human resources management, to fully serve our clients. Each client has access to these services as part of our standard services. In addition, all clients receive access to CompassConnect., our online client intranet tool. CompassConnect is a complete employee communication system that helps you increase productivity, streamline processes, improve communication and save money for your Human Resources department.
